Difference Astra - G100 ??

I understand the Astra had a rather bad reputation when IAI produced it ........

Can anybody help with info on that now after Gulfstream put their stamp and logo on the plane ??

The G100 is the new name of the Astra SPX, from serial number 131.

There are, to my knowledge, some differences between the SPX and the G100 interiors. More refinements and equipment are included in the G100

Concerning the Astra problems, I guess you refer to the original 1984 Astra, or the the later SP?

Just understand that it had sort of "a history" of hydraulic, electrical and refuelling problems ......

Maybe with a new name things has changed ......
