Need to know the name and fax number of the head of Cathay Cargo. Perhaps he/she can explain why some of my personnal effects have taken taken 2 months to travel from Riyadh to Perth and have still not arrived yet. Let's see if they can earn their recent Airline of the Year this time.

I've copied this to the Freight Dogs forum as you may get some interesting, (if not totally useful), replies from them! Please look there also.
Have you looked for a website on which you can track your consignment with the airwaybill number? Just a thought as several of the major freight forwarders do have that facility. It is possible that it is all in the hands of agents, have you checked with your Saudi agent or did you book direct with Cathay? Just thoughts.
