Anyone help with the certified downwind for a PA31?

Just attended a MCC on a PA31T simulator and we had a 10-kt limitation for downwind.
But I don't remember if it was operator-based or Flight Manual-based.

TY, and what sort of runway length would that 10kts be good for, 2500m, 2000m, 1500m?

I think 1500m would be a maximum.
Is it for the Cheyenne or the Navajo? Because the Cheyenne has reverse capability (turbine).

im sure its 5......but Ill have a look in the book and get back to you........
Generally anything less than a 900m and we get nervous, so 1500m and a tailwind would be nervous
