Hi,
I saw in the flight international web site that there is a company in Hamburg looking for a type X driver. I think the gig requires FAA licences.
Good luck

There was also a doctor looking for a right seat driver in Europe i believe. I think I saw that on the Flight International job site??

if it the airplane I am thinking about, then good luck.. a german X-owner has a habit of possibly running a very unprofessional ship.
It takes a special person to be a copilot with an owner/captain who only flies once and a while and just shows up to hit the starter and leaves as soon as the chocks are on.. and you have to sit the office twiddling your thumbs when not flying..

I don't think that it would be my cup of tea, but then again, it's not for me to decide. Just passing along the info.;)

C750 ,
I hear that Herr Doctor's 'right hand seat' has been filled with an exceptionally capable operator, who, if she cannot beat him into shape then no one can!!
Other 'X' work is rare in Europe as there aren't that many, though sometimes a Prague based company are looking for fill ins.

'Leclairage: Hurrah for the Exceptionally Capable Operator'
Do I detect a slightly 'bitter' tone here?
....and the thread was going along so nice and friendly!
Ah well!

Hi Bob Down
I am very sorry if my post looked that way. No, no sarcasm intended.
I meant only to wish her well and offer genuine support in flying such a beautiful machine!

Leclairage,
No worries, misconstrued your tone, my error.
'She' is away in the states in the moment, and if you knew her you would agree that she really is a one off to be encouraged! Excellent pilot!
Look forward to letting her show me the ropes in a Provost one of these days, apparently would make 'Clarkson's' ride look like a gentle punt down the river!

As somebody who has flown with the Capable Lady - and had the pleasure of an intense discussion with the Citation X Owner regarding her capabilities, I think it's time to feel pleased for one of our own who has finally secured an excellent seat in a wonderful machine...I'd like to fly one:D :D

My spy in Wichita tells me that she has just completed her FAA/JAA check ride, with flying colours. Work starts next week, Go for it girl.
I understand that one of the list of Citation X in Europe has move up, bacyk to USA. perhaps the lady can advise details, as she is in the service centre as we speak.

No not at all, I know that Gulfstream driver in particular and they make a super duet!
No, I'm merely an acquaintance of that 'crowd' and a great respecter of hard workers with a sense of humour!

ps You could also try Radka Machova at BMA, as she is 'involved' in the flight crew management
