Someone tells me that they saw a TV program last night about a PA-31 which literally lost an engine (ie it detached, because of a lost prop-blade) and power was lost from the other engine when it was hit by the detached prop-blade.

This took place in Norfolk.

Does anyone know when this happened, what the reg was, is there an AAIB report?

TIA
