Does anybody know what has happended to the private expresse operation out of amsterdam whith their G100 en G200 (also known as Astra's and Global expresses)


I heared they fired the pilots, is this thru

Since your original post attracted so much interest, I have some information.
Private Express moved in to share their (mis)fortunes with Jet Club based in Zurich. The management, sales, pilots, operations staff moved almost fully into Jet Club to assist in the internal management of jet Club.
The added benefit was the vast sales experience and contacts that PE would bring to Jet Club. The honeymoon lasted about three months, and as I understand it Jet Club are now pitching for a divorce.
Custardy of the children is under discussion.
I dont know the exact disposition of the PE aircraft but suspect this is immaterial.

As far as I know, 1 G100 was sold to Canada, and the other G100 as well as the 200 are flying exclusively for the owner again, out of Altenrhein, Switzerland.
About 50% of the former Private-X-press pilots are on the street.
