1 What causes exhaust valve stretching in aircraft engines such as continental engines?
2 What causes exhaust valve seat problems (leaks)?
3 What causes exhaust guide widening?
4 What engine handling techniques can a pilot do to prevent injector blockages?
5 When in flight or on the ground how can a pilot unblock a blocked fuel injector?

How far is commercial general aviation away from seeing engine modernisation. I mean we still use mixture contols and magnetos!
When will light aircraft be like modern cars. i.e one power lever and thats it?
I have read about the new diesel cycle jet A-1 burning engines. Also, full authority digital engine controls being tested at the moment.
When will the day come when a G.A pilot can fly a light aircraft like airline pilots (one lever per engine to worry about)?
I await the day that aircraft are like ,odern cars. Plastic, one lever for thrust, sound proof and a pleasure to be a passenger.
