Hotels in Dubai...

I'm looking to go on holiday in Dubai in first week of Nov, last went a few years ago and stayed in Le Meridien Jumeirah Beach, very nice.

Can anyone recommend a good hotel that has everything? I'm thinking of going to The Jumeirah Beach hotel - on beach, waterpark, not too far from town etc. But its quite pricey compared to other hotels in my staff travel mag.

Any suggestions welcome!

Recently spent some time in Hotel Hilton Jumeirah, about ten minutes drive further down the coast from Jumeirah Beach Park, Safa Park etc. It is a new five star hotel and a real bargain.
