Downloading files from the CAA

I have just wasted a whole load of time trying to download some files from the CAA website. I have managed to do it before a few months ago but don't seem able to do it this time around , is there something really stupid I'm not doing ? The files in question are the ANO and also Airworthiness Notices, I already have the basic files I just want to update and amend my copies from here :- http://www.caa.co.uk/publications/publications.asp?action=subcat&id=14

I have Acrobat Reader V 5.0
any ideas ?

Are you (left) clicking on the filename to download (e.g. CAP393_AJul02.pfd) or are you right-clicking on the filename, and then selecting Save Target As?

I was left clicking on the link as opposed to right clicking and ' save target as'. I have now succesfully downloaded both files i was after, as usual thanks guy's, I knew It would be a simple fix and i knew i'd get an effective solution on this board.
