Hi all,

I have a question for all those who wise of the WWW.

I'm keen to find out what is involved in setting up a website, mainly for the UK market were I can sell and advertise items between £1,000 and £1,000,000 or more.

It's not illicit material or cr@p like that, just good old bricks and mortar.

Some starter questions,
i) Where can I register a Domain Name?
ii) Who much will it cost, and is it dependant upon the.com or .co.uk factor?
iii) How can money be made from it, just enough to get the money for my CPL/IR.

This is just a thought to help me raise enough cash for my fATPL, and everyone’s help would be appreciate, both positive and negative.

Regards

ps. tried a search, but found very little.

domain you can get from various sources, I use www.easily.co.uk - they can also do the hosting for you.

As for software, again there are a lot of choice, I use DreamWeaver.

You can only make money if you have good idea, good execution and water tight procedures.

Another cheap source for domain names is www.getdotted.com (http://www.getdotted.com)

You can get free hosting through their associated company 'freeola'
