Fujairah CAD are advertising for ATCs at the moment. Can anybody here provide any information re salary, conditions, lifestyle and especially movement rates at the airport.
Any info much appreciated.

I live in DXB which is the complete opposite of Fujaraih.(2hours drive)
Cannot contribute on conditions and living however if you are prepared to live in a small ex-pat community(but growing given the investment to build 5* hotels on some the nicest beaches in Arabia and bring loads of scandihooligans and beach chair nicking teutonics to the Emirate)...it is licensed for alcohol (only in hotels) and on a permit...have to be careful going to and from Fujairah if you have bottles/cans with you when passing through Sharjah emirate as they are technically 'dry' ... Not sure if the old bacon roll can be had either..!
Great place if you like watersports espc. scuba, fishing and sailing however would say a little quiet on nightlife until the major hotels are opened ...close to Oman and all that it offers in the way of scenery and beaches etc..
No idea on the sort of housing available or schooling if you have ankle-biters in tow...
Nice place if you want a quiet laid back existence I would have thought ...'last of the arabian shangri-la's'
