FAA Flight Examiner?

Does anyone know if there is, anywhere in Europe, an FAA Flight Examiner who is rated on the Citation Excel?

There is an FAA Examiner based in Germany called Connie Woods. If thats not a help Try American Flight Training in Norwich and Ask Tom Hughston if he knows of any. Good Luck:)
