Hi there,

I am one of those stupied A320 drivers who wants to know a bit more about his new toy, than we were tought in TLS.
I also hold an degree in aeronautical engineering, what makes it more interesting for me to get some more deatils.

If one of you guys from the maintenace departments have any idea where to get some documentation like training manuals or other stuff, please let me know. I tried to contact the folks in our engineering department, but they weren't able or they didn't want to help me.

The engineering training dept at TLS provide a CD ROM training disc. If you are a bone fide pilot then it should be no problem for them to provide you with one.

Noatak,
If no luck with TLS, email me with your address. I have a copy.

Pop into your line office or if at base see if you can visit tech library. You can ask also your Airbus rep for help! Airbus also have a very good online support system which covers all Airbus
flight and technical manuals, also all active troubleshooting problems using CAATS should be available.
Your licensed engineers should be able to point you in the right direction!

Don't forget, a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing!!

I know that too much knowledge may be dangerous, especially if you are a bus driver. But if you have some fellow pilots in your company who have quite wired opnion about some technical feature of the bus, it helps, belive me.

Thanks so far for the good tips, it looks that I might get what I'am looking for.
