There's a new four part series on the history of commercial aviation due to air on PBS in July. It's called "Chasing the Sun" and begins on Monday, July 2nd. The first episode is called "Heroes and Daredevils," covering the pioneers. The second, "The Visionaries," is about air travel in the twenties. The third is called "Into the Jet Age," about how the large manufacturers developed. The final episode, "All Aboard," is about the rise of jet aircraft.
