Yes! This site is absolutely marvellous! Everyone, you just have to take a good look at this really great site and enjoy! Brilliant - what love for everything that is good in aviation, it does the heart good. Thank you, TTT.

I’ll grant you that it's a good-looking site. Evidently a great deal of time and effort has gone in to the construction and content. However, it should be noted that some advice offered is diametrically opposed to that presented in the Boeing Flight Crew Training Manual. For example –

Smartcockpit says -

Should an engine fail on final approach with the aircraft in the 2 engine landing
configuration, the aircraft may not be able to maintain a normal approach profile.

Boeing Flight Crew Training Manual (757/767) says –

If an engine failure should occur on final approach with the flaps in the landing position, adequate thrust is available to maintain the approach profile .....

Make your own mind up, but for the moment I’ll stick with Mr. Boeing.
