Last Night's Nova'(PBS)covered the Argentinian Investigation of BSAA'S'Stardust
Lancastrian accident in the Andes. The explanations appeared quite plausible,as to how the wreckage had only just been discovered(98)due to glacier movement(same as the NW,DC4 Alaska),and why the A/c was found where it was(premature descent with an unknown headwind). In view of the efforts involved,I laud the Argentinian compliance with ICAO's Annex 13.
Does anyone know if the 'Report'has been relesed??
