Brighton Marina Airlines

Was looking at some flats on Brighton Marina and 75% seemed to be owned by aircrew. Can anyone comment on the pros and cons of life at the Marina?

Cold windy and wet. Oh, and your car will rust in a couple of years. I don't live there but my father sails from there. Unless you are a sailing nut I would have thought somewhere inland would be a bit more clemant. Still, only my opinion

Have lived in Brighton many years, marina has lots to offer but parking is a nightmare gets to the point in the summer where tourists will park cars in your bathroom if they see you are not having a !!!!!.On occaisions in the winter the marina is so windswept it seems very bleak and wet.
