Try Wideroe in Norway. Good T&Cs, nice roster, interesting route network.

Medavia in Libya 28 days on 28 days off - Maltese company.

Airlines PNG (Papua New Guinea). 3 weeks on/3 weeks off. Fairly reputable and reliable on payday.

Unless you speak fluent Norwegian, forget the Wideroe option ( they have enough applicants already...):ok:

Tyrolean Airways (Austrian Arrows)
Rosters differ quite a bit - but there is now a possibility for 75% part time - 5 on, 5 off. :ok:

If you can speak German, try Augsburg. They are recruiting DECs at the moment and although the money is a little low, the Ts & Cs are virtually the same as Lufthansa.

Try with Medavia in Malta, 28/28 on the Dash 8, contact them because they might be looking for JAA DEC captains. The pay is good and work condition are good too. The company is growing at this time, you might have a chance with them. If you need any info pm me.
Denim Air has the same but you will be based at the desert, and there is a rumor that they might lose the contract but not sure if that's true at all. Good luck

Before anyone considers going to Nigeria have a look to this link: Arik Air jobs, payscales and entry requirements. (http://www.pilotjobsnetwork.com/jobs/Arik_Air)
I was sent there when I was employed with Denim (even the FOM told me to be hired solely for Spain during my interview).
To come to the point, any job in Nigeria (even astronomicly well paid) isn't worth to start if you consider personal safety and health an important faktor!!!
Regarding Denim, they will promise the world in order to make you signing the contract. Be aware they will never stick to that.
