What is reasonable pay for a Biz Jet Crew?

Hi All,

If asked "How much do you expect to get paid to fly for us?"

What is a reasonable amount to fly modern Bussines Jet in SE Asia (or anywhere else in the world)? Not including any housing allowence or bonuses etc. what would be the minumum amount in AUD, USD or HKD that you would expect to get paid as an FO and/or Captain?

What are people actually getting paid?

I have been asked that...simply put, because they (the employer) doesn't want to look cheap, and throw out a low number...my answer is simple...you pay me enough to stay, or you pay me enough to look. Everyone is different...but if you like the pilot, you will pay him enough not to be lured away.
