Okay, does this mean there are no Grossmann
Jet drivers out there {I suspect there probably are :-)}, or is the company so good that nobody wants to share the secret ?

I've possibly got an interview coming up in the near future, and before I whizz off on holiday, would quite like to have some info to mull over. Any help appreciated ! PM if you like ?
