Which homebase is possible at this time?

Go on ppjn,there are some informations; roster 15/15,gateway system,salaries capt 7500€,perdiem 40€,nice atmosphere,all flights from UKBB.

all flights from kiev: not true. aircraft based everywhere, not only kiev.
not flying a lot: not true. depending on aircraft and base.

gateway: i would say any mayor airport in europe possible
