Would you fly for less then $ 10k´per month? The rotation is 3 weeks on and 1 week off. If you want to try somewhere else I think you get a better deal. The roster is unstable in India and there are alot of delay´s when you wait in FRA or LHR for the Plane comming from India going to US and vice versa.

There where a bunch of London based Skippers who dropped the price a while ago and AI got away with it.

I had a conversation with my sim partner yesterday about a long-time friend that went to AI as a 777 Captain at age 60 from the US.

I will paraphrase: They hired a group of US age 60 777 Captains from various airlines. They promised good T&Cs, then refused to pay them once they arrived. The ones that stayed, have fluid rosters and learned some differences between the two worlds.

The stories of what happens behind their backs with the National pilots is eye-opening, to say the least. :eek:
