Corporate Pay Rates

Can anyone give a breakdown on salaries etc for the bizjet sector? Does size of aircraft make a big difference? Does working for an individual, managed aircraft or company make a difference as well? I have tried Pilot Jobs Network - hundreds of airlines listed (http://www.pilotjobsnetwork.com) but its a bit generic.

im not sure in the UK, but in the US yo can check out Business and Commercial Aviation Magazine. This month's issue gives you operating cost and average crew salaries for most coporate plane. Any airplane you have in mind?
