Osaka based Q400 Gig

Parc aviation has been trying to solicit Q400 captains for Air Nippon Network to be based in Osaka Japan. I received a copy of the terms and conditions but nothing is mentioned of pay. Can anyone shed some light on this gig?

Its in the terms and conditions, which is an attachment (pdf).
I read through it, but the pay seems meager for traveling all the way to Japan.
Rent is very expensive in Osaka if you have a family. :sad:
