Does anyone know what type of flight benefits pilots and their families get at Etihad? Also, their website is vague, do they get paid per flight hour or is it salary? Is the pay quoted (AED 25480) accurate? For a new FO, how long is the callout when on reserve? Sorry if any of these have already been answered. SB
