Has anyone been there and is able to advise on service quality etc?
Need to go a place between Domododevo and Ostafyevo in early octobre, IŽd like to avoid Domo given my last 2 experiences there (one 7 hrs wait in the airplane with pax and the usual "stop transmitting" "information" bits from GND , one 4 hour wait for fuel) if Ostafyevo is any better....
According to Jepessen its an airport of entry (weŽd come from Kazahkstan)

it is the private airport of Gazprom, if you can get in they are brilliant... Be carefull with the toilet service cart, which is not working everytime.
Forget the VKO joke, it is western standards on the field...

nope no clue, since my beloved company had everything sorted for me.
Just a hint about the service,
you have a crew cafeteria, the fuel is on time, you are keeping your passport with you !! ( can you believe that ?) ATC is OK even some ground staff does speak some english...
I would compare with an Italian airport.; :)
yes aircon was working and chairs and tables were new and clean. ( so it cannot be Italy)

L`Argonauta, donŽt take it personal - I take it from your nick you are Italian?
When I started flying, we operated a KingAir, and often we had to fly to Italy. Standard phrase then was: "what have I done to deserve this? :p
But to defend the italian pride: the Cappuchino is still lightyears better than anything hot you can drink in Russia. ;)
CL thanks again, I hope we can make it there, seems to be an issue with the opening times on the days we want to go... :ugh:
