Hello everyone!
I am trying to gather some information on TAG Asia. It seems that not many TAG employees wonder about in this forum, but if there are any could you please shed some light on the working conditions there?
Any Reply would be greatly appreciated.:ok:

I believe the TAG Asia situation is a bit "muddled" at the moment. For the last few years all the operations were technically under TAG USA, which was recently needlessly evicerated by the FAA. TAG USA sold out to Sentient Jet in the US. I believe the TAG Asia contracts are being taken over by TAG Switzerland?
A friend working on one of the TAG Asia contracts recently lamented the current lack of general oversite of the contracts by a "serious" TAG entity.
TAG Asia is based out of Hong Kong and doesn't really have the operations and support personnel to administer the contracts.

New personnel in place though so one would hope normal service will be resumed shortly.

Hi All - does anyone know if one could fly for TAG Asia on an FAA licence with an FAA medical?
Thanks very much in advance,

l5otg,
Yes, currently. I don't know in the future with TAG Europe assuming overall control.

My understanding is that TAG Asia is moving to stand on its own feet, as part of the greater TAG Group. The demise of TAG USA accelerated this evolution. They are deriving some support and mutual benefit from the TAG operations in Europe, which makes sense I guess given that they are still working up to self sufficiency...

What are their requirements? (captain and F/O)
Are they currently hiring?
Do they require an FAA ATP and time on jets?
