Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves

Ok, so this is not about the Cher song......has anyone ever flown for a contract company that could be labeled this way?

I have seen a few posts about different agencies that are less than attractive, ones that take forever to pay, or leave you in the middle of nowhere with no way home....or ...well any other complaints?

I've heard some distasteful stories about Avia Treasury in Austria. Very slow to pay then making threats of legal action and reporting to the authorities :rolleyes: of crew who simply ask to be paid what is owed to them.

My own personal experiece of Jet Aviation in Zurich on the other hand was completely different. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Hi one and all,

Was approached by a company called Avia Treasury Gmbh in Vienna recently, to fly there GIV. I have heard some extremely nasty stories reference late payments,etc. Any thoughts before heading for a interview?
