Herman,
The link could not be accessed. Anyway where is that school located and is it expensive to do CIR there?

FD,
Their website will be operational mid 2001. To do CPL/IR in MFA, I think its expensive. If you consider Flight Schools in Australia/New Zealand is alot cheaper compared to Malaysia.
Total Cost for CPL/IR - RM140,500.00
This obviously does not include accomodation. The Flight Training consist of 165 hours solo and dual Single engine Plane. 35 hours M/E and 30 hours Flight Simulator Training. The duration for the whole course is 60 weeks.
For the sake of comparing. International Aviation Academy(New Zealand). The Professional Pilot's Course cost NZ$40,000. Again this does not include accomodation. This is a 12 month programme and based on 230hrs of Flight Time. Licence CPL/ME/IR.
Hope this helps FD. If you have any questions just reply, I'll do my best. All the Best
Best Regards,
Herman
Total Cost in MFA - S$75,000
Total Cost in NZ - S$46,000(With Accomodation)

Herman..
Thx for the info. With the favourable currency exchange between Aus-Singdollars, I tink it is much better to go to Australia to take up flying.
Btw, do you possess any license?
