It is time for SIA's 3-pilot (1 Captain, 2 First Officers)operation to be scrutinized under a microscope. Remember no rest for the commander in the bunkroom. We are watching you. Any Captains that wish to take rest in the bunk will appear in court.

I thought the whole point of the 3 pilot crew was that so the 2 F/Os can be take turns rest, and the Capts take rest in his seat?

Correct me if I'm wrong!

Yes Jupiter you are correct, however in 97% of the cases, the Captain takes rest in the bunkroom. Operation not in accordance with acceptable safety standards.
Who is going to tell? Not the Captain (Get in trouble). Not the First Officers (Never get a promotion).

What proof do you have?

Have you just been sacked or disciplined by the Company and are just sore about it?

Or have you attempted unsuccessfully to join SIA?

Jealous?

We've all got our bonuses and pay raises, have you genesis? First you talk about sabotaging your employer because you've been screwed then you call others jealous.
Jealous of what? The days off you get? The nice work environment, or is it the COEs?

Do you guys in SIA crew community stab each other in the back?

Sad if you do!

genesis and Dawg, to answer your questions click on Gladiator's profile you can then click on 'search posts by this user', some very interesting reading. I (personally) think Gladiator has brought some very important issues to the attention of PPRuNers' in regards to SIA.
(thats my opinion)

It is time we SIA first officers spoke up. Gladiator is correct. SIA has been saving tremendous money by using first officer to substitute for commander. Commanders not suppose to use bunk but they do and they not suppose to. But we cannot tell. We admire your courage Gladiator.
Message to SIA commanders, play the game by the book and take your rest were you are suppose to take it, in your seat or observer seat. That is what you get pay for. We don't get pay for you sleeping in bunk.
