You didn't seem to indicate much information on your status. Are you a 747 captain looking for a change or a student pilot looking to start a career in Asia? Anyway, cadets at MAS are Malaysian nationals and the intake of expat qualified pilots has fallen drastically due to localisation and cost savings but they do take direct entry on demand. It's slow with all the other operators with already sufficient pilots or with other malaysian pilots on the waiting list.
