what the f..........k has CID and fingerprints has to do with CMC!!
Is thats against human rights and privacy?Do they need my DNA,religion or the size of my d..k before i can operate any flight anywhere in the world?
we are lincenced crew members and thats all is required!

If you are not a criminal, then why worry about giving your fingerprints or getting a CID check? Which part of the world are you talking about? Last I heard, phones were being tapped in U.S.!

why don't they have the keys to our home so they can walk in anytime to really ensure that we are not a security threat? what is this, a totalitarian society?
i value my days off, all of it. to have to spend the time to go in to give my prints is ridiculous. they should find time to find me and take them from wherever i might be. or wait at ops when i come to work next.

tmax. if driving is a real threat here , then if they have your finger prints it will be easy to identify u if you were hit one day trying to cross a road and u left your id at home.

bahrain CID are not interested in ur finger prints they already know what size of underwear you are wearing.this is EU requirement or to be more specific frankfurt requirement.all EU countries are in a race of suck up to show the ultimate loyality to their master(USA).but they are lagging behind the UK by far.if they wanna catch up then they need to humliate the crew much more, just like the way heathrow security staff do it.

Only problem for me is it is another visit to Gulf Air in MY time that I will have to make. You can't rely on offices being open and operational at the end or start of a duty.

Have already been in to give prints in the last so many months.

Wonder who is the best on that?who praise them everyday?who follows them?CMC in europe does not require fingerprints,just a valid licence,valid airline id and a non criminal record.Only people that were convicted have no clean criminal record and therefore their fingerprints are in all databases all over their world! As far i am concern I am not going anywhere,this is my country-my airline:D
