Just be carefull - they might not be cheap.
As an example - JNB - CPT - JNB on South African Airways - ID90 economy bought here in HKG from Cathay - HK $ 1060. Yes you read that correctly.
SAA charges their own crew R128 each way - which is about R 300 HK$ return.
I was stunned when I saw this off my bank account. Bought a low cost carrier seat for R 900. Getting a refund on that one.
