Hi varig

You'd have to study and write all the CPL or ATPL subjects, depending which one you're after. Looking at your hours you are not due any credits, hence all the subjects must be taken.
You can self study if you have the motivation, but with the capital outlay, paying extra for ground school may help. Can't even start to suggest where to study.
Phoning your local aviation authority will answer your questions before digging into pocket. You'll need to start with a JAA medical as the SA one won't count in Europe.
Followed same route as you so know how you feel.
