CX Normal 744 vs 744FChecklist

Hi all

Am not a cx pilot but hope to be 1 day, i would like to know if there is any difference between the b744 and 744F normal checklist. Which items would there be on a Normal checklist.

Before Start
After start
Before-after Take-off
Descent/Approach
Landind
Shutdown
Secure

Is the any missing from that list and are they on both PAX FRT. if anybody would answer this question please i would be greatful:)

Before Start / Start / After Start / Before Take Off / After Take Off / Descent / Landing / Shutdown / Secure

The checklists are virtually identical for pax and freight.

Hope this answers your question .... but I'm intrigued why you would want to know such a thing!!

Probably a flight sim fan. A company called PMDG do 2 versions of "Queen of the Skies," -400 and -400F add-ons for MS Flight Sim. Helps coming up to RT/PC I find.

Thank you for info it answered my question:). I just wanted to know because the difference between the two types like nose cargo door etc i might have throught that there would have been a extra secton on the checklist for the 744f to do with that. I have seen a few 747-400 pax checklist but never a cargo checklist. Buttie Box i am not a FS fan but i do use a CBT programme no eye candy just 744 and 744f configs:}. Anyway thanks for replying guys.

There are some minor differences in the checklist.

The freighter has a weight and balance check in the FMC that the pax does not.

The pax has cabin crew the freighter has supernumaries (extra warm bodies)

That is all I can think of at the moment.

As anybody got a copy of these sectons Before Start / Start / After Start Shutdown/Secure of both type to compare or is this against company policy to show what is writen on a checklist to the public, sorry for asking if it is.
