Etihad A320/330 Roster

Anyone able to give an example of a typical roster for A320 only and A320/330 CCQ pilot. Interested in number of multi sector days, amount of night flying and overnights.

Is there a earlies/off - lates/off pattern ?
How long for a typical turn around ?
Is there a dispatcher to do the loadsheets etc ?
Quality of crew meals ?

A320 fleet is new with training going on to get it properly established. Things have not yet settled down as most of the planes have not yet arrived. What a roster will look like when the planes have arrived is anyones guess. Sorry, but I dont think the answer is known by anyone.

Crew meals-ok as far as airplane food goes.
Rosters- Etihad has no pattern to the rosters. it may be 20 hours for the first half of the month and 55 for the second half. The 320 at the moment has only one rotation with 3 sectors ina day and that's only 3 sectors.
Loadsheets-They are always done for you, I thought that was the norm everywhere.
