Once again problems accessing the portal. This thing drives me nuts.... Or is it just me ? :ugh:
How long ago did we get an email explaining we would get an improved interface and A LOT more reliability.

Works fine for me. Sometimes I have a problem with short cuts, I don't know if this is your problem. If you have a short cut don't use it, just type in the address everytime.
