I suggest you all do the same.

Not presuming to be as intelligent as the great Einstein in our ranks burning the "Midnight Oil", I would suggest that we all know "Management" is a wind up.
What he sais is provocative but it's also a bit too close to the bone and extremely repetative and tedious.
He makes us aware of our own limitations which isn't very clever if he really is an executive (I don't think he is).
I certainly agree that we shouldn't be taking him too seriously. After all we don't want to be fired do we?:ok:

You could do far worse than ignore ‘the management’: out him.
You’re searching for a nasty piece of work involved in management, a bully with a pathological dislike for the people serving the industry: pilots. A tragic individual driven by bonuses to compensate for the misery of knowing that he is universally disliked by those around him.
