Well here we go again - they begin recruiting and by some miracle up pops a pointer from someone on PPRUNE.
Suppose its a way to raise profile without spending the money on real advertising - but why can't they just come out and just say "Hey look at us - do you want a job?" :confused:

I think they are trying to attract the Aussies on A330's, 340's and 777's in the UAE and places like that to come home and fly Embraers, given that hiring foreigners to work is a little more complicated in Australia than in other Asian countries where aviation is booming.
The "work on an island that's got beaches..." claim made me think the Caribbean.

What is the basic salary for captains and FO? their page do not specify. I think that a lot of guys in COPA and Aerorepublica would be interested
