Hi guys,
Any of you know, what the chances of getting into the above outfit are, for an experienced f/o on a Dash 7. They do operate Dash 8's i know, however will they consider guys from a Dash 7 type? Anyone who's been there or someone in there right now, care to brief me please?

anything on the working culture there? are they quite ok with expats or do they look at you like you just stolen their job?
cheers, and do they bond you for a dash 8 TR or you work it off while they cut it back?
