oceansky is offering 80,000 sterling plus a further 10,000 sterling retirement fund / year to fly a 604. I would ge 10% more for a G 550

I am looking for info about what you can expect regarding total benefits packet in UK?

I am looking for salary for lead captain Challenger and/or Gulfstream?
2/3 man crew, days off undesided.

What about others, health insurance, stocks, pension, bonus, cars, housing?

Thank you please advice!

What about Tag aviation people and other charter/management companies offer for their pilots?

Use of the search facility will probably answer most of the OP's questions.

For those esteemed personages who don't have the right to live and work here in the EU, you should be aware that HM Immigration have suggested to a number of people believed to be working here, that they leave quickly and don't come back...so please be careful if you're offered a job here with no comment about the need for a visa etc etc...
