DXB Based Cargo Ops

Can anyone please tell me what operators base their crews in DXB ?

I understand the that 744 that are in EK colours are not operated by EK pilots, is that correct ? if not they who operates them?

Also curious to know what other airlines / operators are basing crews in DXB .
