I'm 16 years old right now living in the U.S. and my goal when I turn 21 is to be a cabin crew for Emirates, I've been wanting to fly for them ever since I was 14 years old. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone out there knows any cabin crew opportunites at 18 years old that I can be eligible to apply for. I wish Saudi was one of them but they don't hire foreign males as cabin crew. Maybe I'm not thinking of a certain airline that I would be able to fly for when I'm 18 in the middle east. Any help?

U gotta way ur options out. Emirates is a really good airline to work for if Cabin Crew is a short term job. Life is really good in dubai and u'd probably find more crew from the west and australia. Qatar airways is really good if ur looking at cabin crew for a period of 5 yrs or more since promotions are pretty fast and getting to the top is not all that difficult. however, doha is not as lively as dubai and there are some pretty crazy regulation such as crew are not allowed to use mobile phones in uniform, guys and girls have a 10pm curfew for visitors and some other silly stuff which u'll get a better picture of if u talk to a cabin crew from over here. Etihad is the most balanced out of the lot however the pay is not as high as EK or QR. but u still got another 2 yrs to decide and maybe in 2 yrs, things will be completely different. as for the other carriers in the region, apply to them only if u get rejected from EK, QR or EY. Good luck!

Thanks for that but I'm hoping there's an airline out there in the middle east that hires at 18 years old. Emirates is 21, Qatar is 20, and Etihad is 21. I wanna go to the middle east as soon as I turn 18 but I don't know how with what airline.

I thought Kuwait Airways only employs males that are Arab or are from Kuwait?

My dear fellow,

If your still that young why dont you consider studying to be a pilot instead, once your in the cabin crew bussiness you'll start day dreaming about it any way,so make a long road shorter by starting on the right track.
