Qatar Airways' Asian Games A-330's

Saw two of Qatar Airways' A-330's for the first time at night. What caught our attention is the very cool looking cobalt-blue interior lighting. Can anyone tell me if is it really the interior lighting or were the PAX windows tinted?

Makes me think of the movie Soul Plane. Wonder what it looks like inside, and if it mellows out the passengers and puts them in the mood for some loving? Very unique and interesting!

Those blue lights are real, and appear in all QR's newest A330 (200 and 300) aircraft delivered, starting with A7-ACE approx 2 years ago. (A330-200).

The exceptions are ACH / AFN / AFO. (FN and FO are the former Volare Italia aircraft on lease.....)
