How Do I Open an .SWF File?

I cannot open a .swf file at all. Irfanview will not open it and that usually opens everything.

Anyone know what I can do to get a file open-or web page?

it's Shockwave Flash. Adobe makes a player, as do others...

If your browser has a Flash plugin (which it is likely to have) then it'll be able to open it.
