Hi all,

Does anyone have any information on the Hawaii Aviation contracts in Japan (Air Japan or ANA).

i.e. cost of living vs accomadation allowance
possible upgrades
how do management treat expats

According to a good friend of mine (FO Air Japan) the upgrade is currently running from 3 to 5 years and they will upgrade you only if they're satisfied with your performance.
