office based job for Emirates

Please can someone give me some general guidence on salary and packages typically offered to office based staff at Emirates in Dubai? Information abounds for those in flying or technical roles, but I haven't been able to find anything regarding office based roles

What grade is the position - this makes a huge difference!

I don't yet know what grae the position is but the job description asks for 8 years experience - does that give any clues on what grade the position mught be?
