I am a Lear31 F.O. and have been interested in working in the Middle East for some time. Just wanting to see if anyone has info on where I can begin my search. Also seeking info on quality of life. Preferably a lear31 in Dubai or Kuwait.
Thanks in advance.

One question why do you want to move to the middle east. About quality of life it is very boring and not much to do in kuwait. dubai is a different story but very expensive. and you are basically a slave of the company since they are sponsoring your work permit.

Hi everyone, I got an interview set up in Kuwait. Thanks for everyones help. Just seeing if yall know what a competitive sallary would be for a lear 31 FO, and also what kind of schedule guys get there. If any. I have heard of a 2 month on, 1 month off and they airline you home. Is this true?
Thanks Again.

I just finished working here. basically they will pay you like 60000 per year and deduct 1000 per month for the training for the first year. you can do better in the states and actually have a life. it is very boring there is not much to do. also the schedule is not thru yet. they are planning on doing that maybe next year. and the airline ticket would be nice too. if you still decide to do it. get everything in writing and don't believe anything that they promise you. as i said i would look for something in the states. there are great opportunities at this job market situation.

thanks for the info. Was this for PWC logistics? If I am already typed, what training cost would they have to deduct? (Maybe like an international ops class). 60k is deffinatly not worth living there for the next 10 years.
