Are SIA still taking DEC for mainline

Anyone out there in SIA mainline if you any idea if they are still taking DEC expats for SIA or is it on hold for some time. Not heard for a long time. Last heard was that SIA would soon start taking DEC again for mainline. Thanks will appreciate any info.:)
