Just been offered a job with these guys and I was just wondering if anybody had anything to say about them?

From what I can find they seem like a good operation to work for, any current/old pilots have any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Are they paying you or are you paying them?

If you are talking about a right seat job with them, then that is not a job... it is pay for training. In other words you are not an employee but a customer.

If you are talking about a left seat job with them then there are long, long threads regarding that company on www.flightinfo.com use the search function. or go here.....

Ya gotta pay ten bucks to join now! For the same ten bucks, maybe propilotworld.com is worth considering. Open only to Comm. and higher rated pilots, controllers and other select career professionals. Read the front page carefully to be sure you understand the process and requirements.

I've read the threads over at flightinfo.com and based on what I've read, it pays to be very careful that you understand the terms of any agreement you make with them. Don't give them money or pay for your training!

Best regards,

Thanks for the information.

I have been offered a left seat job and it is paid (not much, but paid) and the training cost is bonded over 2 years i.e. if I stay for 2 years I don't owe them anything.

No chance of me paying anyone to fly, it definitely has to be them paying me.

So did you take the job? How is it going?

I took the job and I start ground school on Monday. The posts on flight info make for very interesting reading, I am hoping that not all of the bad stuff is true!

It is the best offer I have right now so I'll just make the best of it and see what happens from there.

Thanks for your help once again.
